Reception desk chairs
The ideal reception desk chairs would be the swivel/casters ones. They allow your receptionist to move around easily and to get all the things she needs a lot faster. When you go shopping, make sure that you know that you want. There's no rule telling you that chairs always have to match reception desks. You just buy whatever will make your office organized and cozy.
Comfort
When you work from 9 to 5 you need all the comfort you can get. Make sure that the padding is soft enough so that at the end of the day your employee won't go home in pain. The head rest should be high enough and the receptionist will be more than thankful if the chair has arm rests.
Support
The chair should have the right height compared to the desk and the body has to be nicely aligned to prevent any pain. The hand rests and head support we mentioned earlier have to be supportive enough and made from a long lasting material.
Upholstery
Black leather looks luxurious and will blend nicely in all office. If you don't have air conditioned in your office, during warmer periods things can turn ugly and the leather will be rather uncomfortable to sit on. Plain polyester upholstery is the second option and it's also a lot cheaper.
The reception desk chairs are for your one or two employees, but you will have to think of additional seating solutions for your visitors. They can be chairs or just benches, you decide. But they are a must if you want your clients to know you acre about them.
