Impress your customers with the right reception chairs

The reception area is usually your first contact with a new customer/visitor and here you can transform simple visitors into potential clients. The waiting area should be designed focusing on your visitors needs and business profile and you have to aim for perfection. The reception chairs have to be comfortable and also to match the whole look. Most reception desks are easy to work with and thus you can choose almost any chairs that you want but if you would like  a more special model make sure in the end they all look good. You can either go for a matching design or for some chairs that bring all the colors together.

Modular chairs. These are the right chairs for personal medical cabinets or other businesses that involves having a lot of people in the waiting area. Look for chairs with great cushioning and lumbar support and a nice frame. Usually, the better the cushioning the higher the price so check you budget before and see how much you can afford to spend. You can buy just a 5 seater chair if you have a small business or more if you think the extra seating space will be more than useful.

Stacking chair. For a small/new business, which can't afford a bigger reception area or fancy furniture, this option works great. When these reception chairs are not used, they can be easily stored whenever you don't need them.

Armless. A luxurious, leather armless chair will add class to any room and you can bet that your guest will fell more than comfortable in it. Arrange them in pairs or near a table or magazine rack to make sure that the visitors doesn't get bored waiting.

Club chair. Armless or not, this reception chair is a nice change from the classic seating choices and it looks good in beauty salons/spas. This might not be the most affordable choice, but it will surely create a nice looking reception.

Armchair. Traditional style or in the most modern design as possible, the armchair is comfortable, great looking and one of the most popular reception chairs. Add an ottoman if you think it will create a nice look in the waiting area and leave your receptionist to do her job.

Swivel chair. A super modern choice, great for architecture offices, businesses that involve a lot of creativity or an office that needs a modern touch. A shiny chrome frame paired with bright colors, such as lime, red or deep blue will brighten up the whole room while black upholsteries are better serious business or ones that have a strict clientele.

In some cases your guest will enjoy your reception chairs only a couple of minutes or so, but you can be sure that there will be moments when they will have to wait even half an hour before getting in your office. Staying on a comfortable chair, with lumbar support will surely help him feel pleasant and stand up without any stiffness in the back or neck.
